Refund policy

Within India:

We work on a no return and no refund policy for all items.

Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 12 hrs., along with supporting images and unboxing videos of the damaged good.

If 12 hrs. have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.  A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.

Outside India:

No returns or refunds are available for international orders, except in cases where the product is damaged during transit. Any damages must be reported within 12 hours of delivery, accompanied by unboxing videos and images. Requests made after the 12-hour window will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 24hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@onegoodobject.com and a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
